Notes

a. Never place a comma before a verb. ‘Is’ - is a verb. 

b. 'often quoted’ is usually written as 'oft-quoted’

c. Don’t use ‘ideally’ unnecessarily.

e. Avoid constructions with ‘the fact that’ as much as possible.
