Sentence 47

Before We all know that electric transport is advantageous. Apart from being eco-friendly, electric vehicles have the same safety precautions as the gasoline vehicles. With technological advancement, these vehicles are also cost-effective. Recharging them is cheap, and buying of many vehicles offers incentives from the government for going green. After Apart from being eco-friendly, electric vehicles have the same safety features as gasoline vehicles. With technological advancement, these vehicles are also cost-effective. Recharging is inexpensive and the government offers incentives for going green. Notes Deleted "We all know that electric transport is advantageous." since it is preachy, and if everyone knows it already, why are you stating it? Electric vehicles cannot have 'safety precautions'. They can only have 'safety features'. #word choice Cheap vs. Inexpensive #word choice. The latter sounds less tacky...

Sentence 46

Before An important aspect of traveling by public transport that hinders its mass adoption is its unpredictability. After Public transport is meant to make the lives of the masses better, but its drawback is its inefficiency.  Notes: Avoid beginning a sentence with preachy undertones like "An important aspect..." . Not suitable for business writing(or any writing). Changed 'unpredictability' to 'inefficiency' since it is a question of word choice. The 'after' version attempts to get straight to the point and convey the meaning directly.
