Sentence 70

Before Banks and other financial institutions will be able to leverage this trend to expedite everyday functions such as payment processing by basing identity confirmation on bionic sensors and plotting information derived from sensor-laden, AI-enabled hand-held devices. After Financial institutions will be able to expedite everyday functions such as payment processing. They can use bionic sensors for identity confirmation and AI-enabled hand-held devices to plot information. Notes: The 'before' version is too verbose. I have broken the snetence into two. "will be able to leverage this trend" is unnecessary information, so I have removed it to shorten the sentence.

Sentence 69

Before By undertaking complex event processing which maps customer demographics with transactions data, call center data, web browsing behavior data, online chats data as well as voice data, enterprises will be able to derive highly customized product and service recommendations suited to every channel of interaction. After Transactions data, such as call center data, web browsing behavior data, online chat data as well as voice data, can be mapped to customer demographics.  Notes: The 'before' version  is way too long and unclear. I've taken the essence of the sentence in the 'after' version. The next sentence in the document explains further how this data is used and customers are benefitted.

Sentence 68

Before While I see large enterprises continuing to invest big budgets and infrastructure in big data capabilities, in-house, small to medium companies will ensure they keep up to the trend by investing in ‘software-as-a-service’ platforms.  After While I see large enterprises continuing to invest big budgets and infrastructure for in-house big data capabilities,  small and medium companies will invest in ‘software-as-a-service’ platforms.  Notes: Changed ' big data capabilities, in-house' to 'in-house big data capabilities' for better readability and comprehension. Removed 'will ensure they keep up to the trend' as it does not contribute to the sentence and only makes it unwieldy.
