 Notes:

The 'before' version  is way too long and unclear.

I've taken the essence of the sentence in the 'after' version. The next sentence in the document explains further how this data is used and customers are benefitted.

So I have rephrased. Also, timelier? We only say timely. Do not say 'organisation's' , i.e, do not form the possessive of a non-living thing.  Have also cut down the sentence for brevity.
